What We Collect

We collect account and product data needed to run Dialed, including:

• Name, email, and authentication records.
• Session metadata such as IP address and user agent for account security.
• Shot logs, beans, grinders, machines, dial-in sessions, and preferences.
• Community recipe votes and analytics events when analytics consent is accepted.

Community Sharing

Community recipe sharing is optional. Recipes are shared only when you explicitly opt in at the time you mark a shot as dialed in.

How We Use Data

We use data to provide core features, protect accounts, and improve product quality. We do not sell personal data. We store legal-agreement records (accepted policy versions and timestamps) when you create an account.

Processors

We use third-party providers including Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), and Google Analytics (only after consent).

Your Rights and Controls

Signed-in users can visit /account to export account data and delete their account. You can also contact support for privacy requests.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Deleting your account removes user-linked records from our primary application database.
